Q: I am afraid to send in my original photograph – it is the only copy I have. Can’t I send a color copy instead?
A: We must have an original print. Your photos are always returned, completely unharmed. Color copies, photocopies, and Polaroid pictures are often “pixellated” (fuzzy) and do not reproduce well. Reprints (from negatives or from prints) are usually okay.

Q: I’d like to buy an extra outfit for the doll. Do you sell the outfits separately?
A: We can, occasionally, sell an extra outfit. Please call for availability and pricing.

Q: I like the idea, but having a real person’s face is a little... “creepy”. Is there anything you can do to make it look more like a doll?
A: If you wish, at no extra charge, our designers can soften the image on the face of your doll for a more “doll-like” look. (Pictured on the right) Please specify when you place your order.
